Meadow Flower Co. is a Central MS wedding and event floral design studio. We specialize in whimsical, romantic arrangements and installations with a natural, garden-inspired feel. Our designs are soft, textured and full of movement, perfect for couples who want flowers that feel effortless and organic.
Sustainability is an important practice to Meadow Flower Co. We make an effort to source locally whenever possible and never use floral foam. Floral foam, while widely used in the industry, is an extremely toxic micro-plastic that never breaks down, contaminating our water and environment.

Our full service wedding design experience is thoughtfully tailored to your vision, creating florals that feel uniquely yours. This includes a consultation, a custom digital mock-up to bring your ideas to life, delivery and installation on your wedding day, and breakdown after the celebration. You tell us your floral wedding dreams and we take care of the rest!
Full Service
For those who want the Meadow Flower Co. style but don’t require full service wedding florals. Choose your color palette and floral design options from our à la carte menu. À la carte orders will be delivered to the venue on the morning of the wedding but does not include set up.
À La Carte
Whether you are hosting a fundraiser, gala, banquet, brand activation or corporate celebration, we create custom floral designs that elevate your event.

FAQs- Full Service
What does the booking process look like?
After you have filled out the inquiry form we will schedule a consultation, typically by phone, to discuss your floral vision and needs. We will then send you a floral proposal. If you feel that we are the florist for you, you can secure your date with a signed contract and 50% retainer. We will continue to be in touch to ensure all your wedding floral needs are met. Thirty (30) days prior to your wedding date, your floral designs and selections will be finalized, and your remaining balance will be due.
I’ve booked, what’s next?
We will work on a digital mock-up to solidify the designs and make any necessary changes. From there Meadow Flower Co. will handle the rest.
What if I need to make changes to my floral order?
You have until 30 days before your wedding to make any changes, provided the changes do not result in a reduction of the final proposal amount. Any additions to your floral proposal will be reflected in your final invoice and included in remaining balance.

How does à la carte florals work?
After you have filled out the inquiry form we will get in touch, typically through email, to provide our à la carte menu. From there, you can select your designs, quantities and color palette to suit your celebration.
Does à la carte include a design consultation or a digital mock-up to see what my flowers will look like?
No, à la carte does not include a consultation or mock-up.
I want an arch or installation, is that available on the à la carte menu?
We do not offer on-site installations with our à la carte menu. If that is something you are interested in we recommend our full service wedding florals option.
Does à la carte include setup and breakdown after the wedding?
Set up and breakdown are not included in our à la carte offering but may be added for an additional fee.
